The difference between a Sauna and Enzyme Therapy Heat
Studies have shown that the body needs to remain at a constant temperate, specifically 2 degrees higher than the normal 38 degrees, in order for the relevant digestive enzymes to be activated and in turn, burn fat.
A Sauna heats the body at a much higher temperature, for a much shorter duration. The body naturally tries to compensate the extreme heat by trying to cool the body down through sweat, which in turn reduces fluid (weighs) and not fat (centimeters).
